The application was determined in about 27 months. Construction to first power took about 6 months. The register records a refusal in March 2011 before the scheme progressed. Permission was ultimately granted on appeal in June 2012. The scheme has been operating for about 12 years. That works out at 2.5 MW per turbine on average.
