The application was determined in about 55 months. Construction to first power took about 21 months. The register records a refusal in September 2008 before the scheme progressed. Permission was ultimately granted on appeal in April 2011. The scheme has been operating for about 13 years. That works out at 2.5 MW per turbine on average.
