The application was determined in about 27 months. Construction to first power took about 25 months. The register records a refusal in December 2006 before the scheme progressed. Permission was ultimately granted on appeal in September 2007. The scheme has been operating for about 13 years. That works out at 3.6 MW per turbine on average.
